US 3480 | Why was I banned?

I was playing on US 3480 last night and went to pick up my friend in Kamenka. Just outside Kamenka, I found a Viper. Me and my friend then were refueling it, when I went to get more jerry cans. My friend then got killed by a hacker, who then stole the Viper. My friend was then complaining in the chat, and I was asking for help getting the Viper back. He then teleported me to it and let me have it again. We were then flying around with the Viper for a bit. How would this constitute getting banned? I haven't hacked at all, so how is this fair exactly?

Hi, sorry for the delay in response here. It's likely that an admin cruising the setpos logs or watching the chat noticed something fishy. Although it's not a direct violation of the rules, if you're chatting to a cheater and asking them to help you (via cheating) it's easy to get lumped in as someone who's ruining the experience for other players in the server. Make sense? Sorry for the ban, I suppose a few week ban is better than permanent--hopefully we're on good terms. Kindly PM me your GUID and I'll remove it from the banlist.
