Stuck on Loading screen with 1.7.1

So I updated to 1.7.1 this morning, and I also downloaded the most recent beta. When I connect to a 1.7.1 server all goes well until I get to the "Loading" screen. The next part should be me spawning, but I'm not. It just stays at loading. Any help? I'm launching using Steam Overlay, but I did do that Launch Options thing. Thanks!

Happens to me as well, not sure if it's just some servers or it just happens on any server randomly.
