Friend auto-banned again from Dallas 303

My friends and I were trying to set up tents and the server was lagging hard. Suddenly a tent spawned finally but duplicates were created because of lag. My friend submitted a ban appeal at clansm.net where the admin directed us to previously but says he never got a reply. My friend "user" got banned for using duplicated items just because the server was lagging and not registering the first tent for about 5 minutes. Could you please unban him?

I highly doubt your tent ban had anything to do with a hacker attack. Also, again, I didn't see it yet because I hadn't yet gotten a Google Alert about it.

Alright. I found the ban and removed it. It wasn't where I usually keep all my ban evidence. This means I probably meant to remove the ban, but somehow didn't actually remove it from the ban list itself. The tent spam thing's been happening often in the last couple weeks, so I've been giving people a pass on it, but obviously from simply a log perspective, 15 tents shown in a row, many often in the same second, looks pretty suspicious.
