I know nothing about PC's, will this setup run dayZ?

This is my friend's pc.

MS Windows 7 64-bit SP1

Intel Core i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz, 8.0GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 210

Will he be able to run it even on min settings? Thank you in advance. :)
