Renting a server

If this is the wrong place i understand i will be infected! ;)

But i've been searching the forums and cant find an answer to my question!

I was looking into renting a server, european ofc.

And i realy want an server with an admin tool that makes me build my own bases, set spawn locations of gear, helis, cars etc.

But the most important thing is the option to build the bases.

If you guys have any links to sites that makes this posible that would be awsome!
