Satchel Charges. Legit or Not ?

So today I logged in US 3466, server where I played for the past 3 days, and apparently, I got banned for having pipebombs (satchel charges) that I looted on another server from a dead body (I thought I saw a post about it saying it was legit. First off, is it possible to get unbanned and secondly, ARE THEY LEGIT OR NOT ???

Satchel charges are extremely rare, if you find one it is very likely that it was duped, many admin mods ban anyone with suspicious items.

That's the only time I have found one.

I believe the term "pipebomb" is the 'ingame' name for "satchel charge".
