Random starting Gear? How to?

Hi Community,

last time a have played on a private Taviana Server. (search for server "Operation Dogfight in dayzcommander")

I have seen a great feature. After the death, the player have spawned with random gear in inventory.

With a little luck, you can get a good riffle and GPS, or u have no luck and u get nothing!

That's interesting!

I want this at my server, too! Question: How to!

What shoult a do to have random starting gear?
