Keys for cars & Hotwire

What do you guys think about having car keys so you can prevent players from stealing your ride but also players having the ability to hot wire the car if they have a tool box?

Thoughts?

Keys for vehicles please. Hot wiring perhaps but that would assume that every survivor in the game is an expert in hotwiring. If hotwiring were to be implemented it should be only available if you have a special tool for it.

yeah maybe not the tool box but a rare specific kit for it?

This kind of thing is available in other ArmA mods. Sadly not implemented in DayZ. Good suggestion though.

Great idea. It would be nice if each key would unlock only one car. It would help prevent other people from stealing your car.

Then again, all the players seem to know how to repair cars. If you can fix a car- then you could probably figure out how to hot wire it. Ifs its a standard you can just push it down a hill to get started.
