The Grass... It's White

Recommended Posts

Hey guys. I'm relatively new to the PC gaming master race and I am yet to figure out what lever or knob does what on the NVidia Control Panel. After a while of monkeying around with the 3D settings, I decided to get on everyone's favorite DayZ. When the game finished loading, I was greeted not with a AS50 slug to the thinker box, but a vast, white expanse stretching across the horizon. Under closer inspection, it appears the that all the grass in the game has become bright white. Either Christmas time has come to Chernarus, or I screwed up somewhere on the Control Panel. Could the insightful populace of DayZ Forums tell me what went wrong, and what am I supposed to do to fix this?

Maybe you're low on blood and you're in the debug plains???

Definitely not this.

I know I had little white dots all over my grass and I fixed it by dicking around with my arma 2 settings. Maybe you should try that?

Open Nvidia control panel and click Restore Defaults top right corner.

if nothing aforementioned helps you can still disable ATOC (under video options) and update your GPU driver :)
