FPS Lag Help Please

Recommended Posts

So, I just got on Day Z for the first time today and the FPS lag was very bad. It didn't matter what server and how much ping, it was bad everytime. I tried changing the resolution down and the quality down and it didn't help much at all. I already tried going in My Documents ArmA folder and went to the CFG files and changed the GPU MaxFrames and GPU DecectedFrames to 1. Then when I logged in again it ran flawlessly for about 2 minutes the the FPS lag hit again.

BTW it ran games like League of Legends just fine...

I got Toshiba Qosmio

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.00 GHz

4 GB RAM

-Can't remember what Graphics card... :/

The Graphics card is probably the most important part the remember along with the CPU. League of Legends isn't very demanding. ARMA is a very CPU intensive game, could be that - See if you cant find out what Graphics card you have..
