What is "wanted" as a partner?

What do you guys want as a partner, what kind of person would you like to survive with? a bandit, a hero or whatever else you can come up with.

What would you and your partner do? How would you make this (quite repetitive) game the best you can?

Somebody that knows his way around the map and that´s not afraid to take leaps.

Someone that doesn't go out of their way to kill other players for no gain.

Someone you can trust to have your back.

Someone that is experienced and knows what they are doing (e.g. Knows their way around the map, doesn't draw unwarranted attention, etc.).

Someone that is good banter that you can have a laugh with but also takes the game seriously.

Someone that can actually communicate information to you well (If they spot an enemy player far away or want to make a plan to flank someone).
