Only the sad little broken humans that make ruining others fun their own, called hackers and thieves, cannot. Or at least shouldn't be able to. Most hackers are thieves because their dumb asses get caught eventually and they have to get another key.

Yes, you can play again if you buy another copy of the game. Maybe don't cheat this time and you won't get banned again.
