Need help error will not give up

Ok I have been trying a few fixes now and I keep getting this not sure why ether I did a full reinstall when it first happened and then went to log back in and got in to the server with no issues but once I log out and try to log back in it comes back.

Did you two work out a solution? I've just come across this error.
