catstyle (DayZ) 6 Posted June 17, 2012 -----Magic backpack-----So, sitting on a crossbow while raiding towns since the last patch.I decided to pick up a winchester for later use.Had around 5 slots empty in my backpack and pressed the button to store the weapon in it. I guess I didnt have enough space, normally it should throw out something to get room.The winchester vanished.Tried it with a second winchester I found a bit later, same result.It didnt drop behind me, it didnt push out anything in the bag.It simply just got transferd to nowhere.: )Might want to take a peak on that.Specially now when people actually need to use ammo on zomibes instead of people.---------------BOLTS---------------Oh also, can we make bolts stack now?They cant be that fat in size they take the same space as a steak, 2 bolts close together is no real differens in size compared to 1.heck you carry 10 flares in a pack of flares. :|On the good side.It feels easier to obtain bolt from corpses now.Not sure if I got lucky or something was changed.But without seeing the bolt but aiming around the head in the scroll menue gave me "retrive steel bolt".I hope it happens more often.Or rather, I would love to see it get "attached" to the body when it hits someone.I managed to headshot one zombie at the edge of its hitbox, the bolt flew forward somewhere but the zombie died. no hitmark at his scalp what I could find.The Ballistic crossbow is a weapon I do love, and its silent, reuse ammo.I hope to see way more of it, but with some major tweaks to its bugs.No need to "buff" it so to say.And I gotta say, having a crawler dig around in the backyard with 3 arrows up his ass while he makes funny sound is really something funny to see. ;D Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
