Syntax error

So while trying to make a server restart schedule, I got an error telling me that my "event-scheduler" was set to "=OFF". So I went into "my.ini" in the MySQL folder, and scrolled through the lines till I found "event-scheduler=OFF" and then changed it to "event-scheduler=ON". Now I get this error instead:

Now the question is, how do i fix this? I looked at line 5 as it says, but it's blank. I checked it in "my.ini" and I don't even know if that's where it lies, but I tried my best, now I'm looking for some help. If anyone could help me I would be grateful. Thanks!

I would just suggest using something like wamp with phpmyadmin for a mysql server setup. Out of the box setup works perfectly with bliss

Well, the server is already set up and I'm playing with a friend already, it was just that I wanted to get the scheduled restarted working so that the vehicles would spawn faster (new server, vehicle not spawning bug).
