Will PMC textures provide any help in game?

I want to preface this by saying thank you Rocket for making an awesome game and I apologize for any rules I may have broken posting this thread.

My question is:

Will the High resolution models that PMC yields give any sort of gameplay advantage?

I.e Make it easier for me to see other players in the dark?

Make it easier to see player from long distance?

Also I have a gtx 680 So i am not worried about performance.

Some characters will look better. That's it. Not easier or harder to see.

I got it yesterday. It just makes playing that bit more enjoyable. You look much nicer.

Yeah I got it yesterday aswell. It won't give you a gameplay advantage/disadvantage but it sure looks alot better. More then happy to pay them 15 euro for it to show my support.
