U.B.C.S. Story. Communication is important.

So, I have started a small clan of friends and people we help. As generally up north you shoot whoever you see first and don't ask questions.

Anyway, the tale of the U.B.C.S. is as follows...

I am unsure if these individuals were fellow Bandits, or survivors. But we lit them up. This was near the North West Hanger by Stary.

My friend Hops and Jenkins were with me at the airfield after a server reset to the very far southwest side to hit that first barracks up. Everything goes smoothly.

Jenkins is spotting a nice M16 with a Nade launcher, while Hops is running with a M249. I am at their back with a DMR. We approach the field and discuss our approach. As this is the first time Jenkins was with us. We decided upon the fact they both would go forward at the hangers and I would hang back in the middle crawling as support to count the Zed's and watch for people.

About the third hanger down I turn to crawl through the brush and stop dead in my tracks, asking Hops over our steam call.

"Hops, hold up, I got a Zed infront of me."

He pauses and he suddenly says over the mic.

"That's not a zed! Thats a player!"

In an instant, I think of why this player did not shoot me, I thought about asking if he was a friendly, but saying that would give away the fact I know hes there, as we are both in the brush, looking RIGHT at eachother. The only fact he might have thought I didn't see him was I had a Mic and I didn't need to type, but I kept crawling to the side.

I instantly swing the rifle around and take aim, blasting the guy, but hes in the brush so its hard to see but he tried to get up and fell, I assume my shot hit him in the leg or chest, knocking him unconcious and bleeding or had a broken leg. It didn't matter, I loaded another shot into the body where I see blood spluttering out into the air.

I suddenly hear the M249 going off a few times with Hops going, "Another one! Hes coming right for you!"

Before I can even get a look due to the brush in the way Hops took him down. Zombies start to swarm us and we regroup in the hanger across the way, mop up the zombies easily and run back across to loot the corpses.

A nice Coyote Backpack, trenching tools, AK Kobra, handful of ammo and lots of canned supplies so we don't need to a town to resupply for a few days.

We breath for a moment, Taking a spot in a hanger corner so we can keep an eye out incase anyone comes back while we wonder how close we just came to dying.

After about twenty minutes, we continue on, not finding much else.

All and all, it was a great firefight. Teamwork is important. Up North, you shoot first and ask questions later.

We currently are not inviting anyone with us until we sort out better recruitment and consider going to make a clan. For now, its just a few of my friends and I together. We might be purchasing our own server and then most likely start recruitment then.
