Server spawn error?

So, since the last topic seems to have been forgotten.

I get this message in the CMD server and MySQL laucher (the batch file) while loading everything up;

Starting MySQL database. Please wait 5-10 seconds.
OK.

Executing spawn script...
ERROR 1054 <42S22> at line 1: Unknown column 'MaxDamage' in 'field list'
OK.

Starting server...
OK.

So, I get the error "ERROR 1054 <42S22> at line 1: Unknown column 'MaxDamage' in 'field list'" as you can clearly see. But, the spawn scripts still loads, and then returns "OK.", which must mean that the rest is still working, and the server starts afterwards. I myself can join it, my friend can too, but what does this affect? The car spawns? Human spawns? I checked line 1 and 'MaxDamage' but couldn't see anything wrong with it.

Basically the question is does this affect anything at all, and if so, what does it affect?
