When can we expect a fully integrated installation?

I can not get any of the updates to load, even though I have the new files in place. I have updated to the beta but it crashes with an error "unable to load direct 3d".

I can play 1.6, but would love to be able to get 1.7.1 to work but every time i try to update I have to reinstall everything to get it to work at all.

Before any more updates making the game easy to update would allow everyone to play the same game

You're installing it wrong, I got that error too first but it was just issue with my installation process. I recommend you download six updater ( http://dayzmod.com/su.php ) and let it do all the work.

I only get that error if I let SixUpdater do it's thing

Please go to http://dayzmod.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=5797 and explain your problem with the Launcher. If there is any bug or any problem we're not dealing with atm, we need to know to make it work. :)

And trust me, we will. Our ultimate goal is to provide everyone with an easy to use "don't worry about anything" solution to play DayZ. We're allready close, but there are still some things we don't encounter in our testing. So we need YOUR help to fix it. Just tell us, what's going wrong and there'll be a fix.
