Drowning

Recommended Posts

One thing I've done before when I had to go afk and didn't want to log out was hide in the water... First off, it makes you practically invisible without nametags, like it would be in real life.. You should be able to drown though if you prone under the water to long, or if you run out of energy and can't swim anymore. It would take a few minutes to actually drown though, you'd get a warning and if you didn't get out in time then you'd die. Jus'sayin

beans

drowning should be in the game, maybe things like your health or hunger levels should dictate how far you can swim before you cramp up.

Maybe add the option to 'save' a drowner by dragging them from the water into a boat or towards the shore?

Unless you're on the coast, water isn't really that large a part of the game. Now I know on other custom maps it IS, but on Chernorus, there's not enough water to really make it worth creating a complicated dynamic. It would be cool to put in though.

How do you play on a server with custom maps?
