Bad serial number given in setup

I open aram 2 it works fine but i open up operation arrow head it says Bad serial number given in setup. I did try going to local files and verify intergrity of game cache but it still says it i even uninstalled the game and opened it up again for some reason it gives my this box with checks and it check everyone of them but the last too please help as soon as possible really want to go back to playing dayz thank you

Bad serial has nothing to do with the cd-key so asshat is wrong. Read the sticky for solution.
