Spawn missing Items

For some reason I can't spawn with all items no matter what server I am on. I even tried killing myself and respawning and I still only had one bandage and one pain killer in my inventory, (which makes this game completely unplayable because it is nightime so i cant see or have any way to defend myself). I just downloaded this mod today and this is really frustrating as it is the only reason I bought arma :@

Do you people read the changelogs? This is how it's meant to be. Check your backpack and you'll also have a flashlight.
