Arma 2

Hey guys, i just downloaded the Arma 2 demo. Everytime i play it, it has a slow loading rate & takes forever for my character to respond to my commands. Anyway i can fix this? Bear with me, im a GIRL! lol.

Hi. It sounds like your PC is struggling to run it. Arma2, and DayZ (which is a mod for Arma2) are well known for being very demanding in terms of system requirements.

Windows Vista

Intel® Core2 Duo CPU T6400 @ 2.00HGz

Ram 3.00GB

Display Mode 1280 x 800 (16bit) (60Hz)

Looks like you have a laptop there miss, and like Mr.Fraggle above said, running Arma 2 (Dayz) you need a "half" decent computer intended for gaming, that laptop of youres is NOT made for gaming , sorry miss.

You can play flash games so on, but not games like this on that lappy.

One of the major problems I can see there is the total lack of a graphics card whatsoever, your going to need a decent graphics card, processor and at least 8gb of ram to handle dayz on lower settings, hope this helps. (PS: Vista will make it even harder, try upgrading to 7 ^^)

LOL ok then thank you so much for your help! ill just buy the game and play on the computer instead of a laptop.
