Silent_Jamie (DayZ) 1 Posted December 2, 2012 Greetings! Fire Squad Alpha is now recruiting 2 exceptional players within DayZ.What We ExpectWe expect you to be 17+ (This is not in offence to anyone who is under 18 but we require you to be able to be silent on VOIP some common sense, which would you believe it a lot of kids don’t have and some maturity to yourself). To be from the UK as I’m sure anyone from another country would agree, understanding ones accent whom is in another country is quite challenging and when in a firefight this is useless and WILL cause unwanted deaths. To have ATLEAST 2 months playing time within DayZ, you may have to walk from any side of Chernarus without a map, using star navigation and a compass instead in the dead of night. The 2 months also help cover you from being shot behind, in front and around you, when playing this game a lot you tend to know which town(s) and (OR) areas are danger zones. And you know that taking care even along the safest route in the world can still mean danger. To be able to adapt and learn from other members and be criticized accordingly, we don’t intend to mock you we intend to help you.MUST have a working microphone and TeamSpeak3 installed and ready to be used.Having any other FPS experience will help, CoD does not count and i will probably judge you on first sight if you mention it in an application. What will help is - Arma (Any of them) other military simulators will also be just fine.General InformationWhen we have the 4-5 people we will begin playing on a Private Hive in which is fully safe, secure and we can begin to set up camp, all info will be given out when applications are accepted.Usually we will play all days of the week whenever we can. A Facebook page has been made and info will be given out, this will be used to post updates and to organise some get together as I’m sure we all have different work hours or College/uni hours just like I do.Copy this Template for the application, remove the rest of the information and fill it in yourself. Tell us about yourself!Name: IRL (Optional)In Game Name: RequiredAge/Hours and days you can play DayZ: e.g. - 19, I can play from Thursday to Monday from 4-11 UK time. How long have you spent playing DayZ and any other Military Simulators? MRTrackFinder 1 Posted December 4, 2012 (edited) Alright mate! Just what I was looking for.Name: PatrickIn Game Name: MRTrackFinderAge/Hours and days you can play DayZ: 17, I can play all week, but in the weekdays (mon-fri) I can only play after 4PM unless stated otherwise. On the weekend, I can play for however long and whenever I like. How long have you spent playing DayZ and any other Military Simulators? I've been playing DayZ for several months (6 months or more) after I was intrigued by a youtube video (I have now watched A LOT of clan videos, haha) and have had an incredible time since. During this time, I have... I have played with many team mates and have trained right up from the coastal beginner to the dude up north with his sweet gear and weather beaten skin. I have piloted many helicopters after being trained by a friend, and also trained on the arma heli simulator. I can drive other vehicles successfully, aswell. I have been exposed to a lot of PVP situations, and through careful gameplay have quickly learned all the tips and tricks and know how to handle myself. I now also have a decent knowledge of what's what in dayz in general. As for other simulators...I have previously enjoyed operation flashpoint, and have played several missions on the regular arma aswell as exploring the mods for arma. I'd like to say I have a lot of experience, and enjoy the realism. I also played a lot of the older battlefields (hoping that counts, I also own BF3, but it's basically CoD now.)Where about in the UK are you located: England, South East, Norwich area. I don't really have a regional accent.Anything else you would like to add: I'm a polite, friendly and knowledgeable person, I won't let you down! I enjoy chenarus on a public hive, as all my gear is there. I have, and can get, all new maps. I use DayZ commander. I also realise that we're all human and make mistakes, so I will never be angry or innapropiate ingame. Add me on Skype if interested: BwayzeCheers, Edited December 4, 2012 by MRTrackFinder
