The freeze problem after recording. Sorry if its repost 2k

OS: Vista Home Premium SP2 "Facepalm i know"

So the case for me is:

I run the game at 15-80FPS.. Normaly 30+ but sometimes i drop below that.

Some times when i'm at the same place for a long time, and start moving i go from 50fps to zero. And it would look like this.. 0 fps for 3-15 sec. Then 50fps for 0.5sec. And it keeps going until i get kicked from server because of too high ping, or wait for 5 minutes untill it smoothens out by it self.

This ALWAYS happens when i'm recording for more then.. Lets say 15minutes, and some times when i'm not recording at all. I use MSI Afterburner for recording. Not fraps.

No i do not have this problem with any other gave i've played so far.

Wich is: Mw1. Mw2. MW3. Bad company 2. Sleeping dogs And World of Warcraft. Before Flaming me for playing BF and MW. I only played them before being introduced to Dayz mod.

I play with my friend. And while i'm lagging out, he can play normaly. So i'm guessing its not the server that is lagging. but because of this happening so often after recording i'm guessing it is my computer. And thats why i come here. To ask the pro's! If anyone could help me with this issue i would be forever greatfull.
