Helicopter doesn't repair

Somebody shot our chopper to shreds while we were gone but I am unable to repair it. I've tried 5 pieces of glass and a rotor but the repairs didn't take (it's the Huey BTW). Is there anyway to fix this? Or are we screwed?

Yep I've got a toolbox. When I say it didn't repair what happened is the repair animation took place, the item disappeared from my inventory but the part of the helicopter repaired stayed damaged.

The server just restarted and it seems to be repairable now, weird bug. It's not filling up though, presumably from the one glass still yellow.

Update: All working now. I guess the solution is to wait for a server restart.
