[Private Hive] Any admin base Tools out There?

Hello dear DayZ Community,

I have a question,

Is or are there any Tools out there, which allows to make a "Safe" Admin Base,

Like a Gate, Prop block or Doors which admins can open and close ( with a Ingame-Command or something like that )

Cause i want to make a Trade-Center inside a Castle, which i can "Open and Close", and people shouldnt come inside that easy ( exept they have a Chopper )

if there is a tool like that outside, please let me know!
