A place to rent low-population servers?

Hi, me and my friend are very active Dayz players, but we're fed up with going on servers that have features we don't like or getting killed by bandits. We would rent our own private server, but I can only find companies that allow you to hire 30, 40, or 50 player servers. We're only after a small server that will accomadate 8 people max. Is there a place where I can hire a small server with fully customizable features, changable maps, and white listing? If you know any, please tell me.
