Arma 2 free to Arma 2 regular

i started the game using Arma 2 free and i ended up buying the combo pack which came with the full Arma2 and the expansion. I know that the paid version of arma2 has hd textures, and the free does not, What do i need to do to get those hd textures to work in dayZ?

you need to install and patch arma 2 co

but

dayz uses skins from Arma 2:PMC the patch will give you pmc light, which is low res textures, to see them in high res u will need the dlc
