Hello, I am getting a new pc in the next few days or so, followed up by this beautiful mod. I need some hints and tips to help me survive long enough to reach shelter to designate "home base". Anything is welcome, thanks

I just started a couple days ago and the first thing I did is search through this forum for guides and tutorials, hints and tips.
