No servers or downloads (Dayzcommander)

Hey all. After getting a brand new computer and playing dayz successfully for around a week, 1.7.4.4 came out. Where as I doubt its the update seeing that I played for a day on it, only 19 servers load on dayz commander and they all will not show player and have maxed ping. It also will not let me download and Arma version or Dayz version. Pics below.

NOTE: Windows firewall is completely off. Also, I have allowed and at times even turned off my other anti virus to see if it worked. Please don't offer these suggestions.

I have about 6 times :P I just did again and problem persist. I really wanna be able to play this again.

Sorry to not of help have a free bump, I have similar issue. Stupidly high pings all round :D
