Server US 4165 stuck in ten minute time loop

So I was going to put this in the bug section, but the last two issues I have tried placing their either have been denied, or some how did not Post. Our server US 4165 has been stuck in a time loop for several days now. No matter what time I place as home time GMT, it resets time back every ten minutes. I have watched my wrist watch and after 10 minutes of time, it will bounce back. I have reports of loot issues as well, as if it stops the loot mechanic from generating after the 10 minute time jump. I have tried all of the options I have, as an official server admin, but nothing seems to help. I have contacted Dayz.ST about the issue and they are looking into it. But so far its been a "we have no idea whats going on, have you tried restarting, maybe its the result of some kind of hacker". I like the guys over at Dayz.St servers, but I am not sure they are going to do anything with this. If so all the time of gathering, along with several people that have made our server their home, will be SOL. Any one have a clue whats going on.

BTW: Leaving the server on today, please jump in and take a look at whats going on.

Update: Dayz.St has replied to my requests and are in the process of trying to figure out what the issue is.

Update: Server is on, but please do not enter game. Its only on for the Dayz.ST operators to view. Thx for the reply's. >:(
