In game clan system?

When I say an in game clan system what I mean is this is aimed at solo players, the ability to buddy up with someone In game in a clan radio frequency for chatting.

I know people will say we have direct chat etc.. And team speak or Skype, but what I mean is for a couple of survivors to have the ability to team up and have a private radio frequency for chatting without the hassle of exiting the game to set up team speak etc.. Not everyone is as tech savvy to do that and it would be a great feature to have?

Anyways this is because I don't have in game friends so to speak and it would be cool to have a so called friends list for survivors to keep in touch in game.
