Creating 'The Spartans' clan/group. Anybody interested...

My vision of The Spartans is a small clan, roughly 12 people split into 4 teams (HQ, Alpha squad, Bravo squad, Delta squad). HQ will be in command and Alpha squad would be in control on the field, bravo second and Delta third. HQ will usually consist of myself and one other person, Alpha squad will consist of two people, one a sniper and the other an observer/rangefinder/field oberserver/squad leader (will be in control of field operations), Bravo and Delta group will consist of four people each (further broken down into pairs) who will receive battle orders and information from Alpha and perform the close quarters combat/looting.

Obviously from this description I take this serious! The main reason I want to do this is for the DayZ standalone, where it will be very beneficial to have a tight knit group that works seamlessly together (well, if they include radios, more vehicles, underground camps, dogs etc.)
