What are "NOCD" servers ?

There are numerous servers that are present with "NOCD" in the title (especially in China and the Far-East).

Are these servers that cater to people with illegal copies of the game ?

If so, I hope BIS can shut them down.

Yes, you can play there without a valid CD key. But it's kinda stupid since those servers are usually griefed and hacked to shit!

I don't know if BI can shut them down!
