i have this error when im trying to join Cell or Namalsk and i tried t reinstal the maps on dayz commander and all that so i need some help... also my game is a retail copy and arma 2 free

So are you saying you already have the latest version of the dayz mod? It says you are running an earlier version. Is that right?

Reinstall 1.7.4.4 from dayz commander and report back, that should be your problem.
