Could use help on this log file

I had this pop up tonight and my question is.. when it reports for everyone on the server, is the first person on the list the one who initiates it? Not picking on these people, just this is the first part of it.

I hope you don't mind me running Wizard Monitor on your server. It catches other hackers and kicks them.

What do you think of it?
