Data File Is Too Short

After not playing DayZ for a few months, I came back on today and updated everything to the latest patch via DayZ Commander.

When I go to join a server via Commander, just after the loading part with the 10 boxes with ticks in them, a little box pops up and says the Data File Is To Short (followed by file locations etc).

All in all its preventing me from joining any server and if anyone has any solution to this, then that would be great.
