Very frustrated HFB Client...

Ok, so Im just a bit frustrated and maybe one of the other server admins using HFB can tell me if I'm missing something and maybe this is my fault.

So I was running Namlsk 1.7.3 on my Dayz Private plus server, Just starting to get a regular group of mature players and all were having a blast. And then...

1: HFB transfered my server to a new IP/Port (with only 2 hours notice). This bothers me because now I lose some of my players during the flip.

2: The bigger is that during the transfer they failed to include in the updates area of the control panel... the hive ext files, or the 1.7.3 patch.

So now i can't run Namlsk or any of the other non-vanila maps because NONE of them are 1.7.4 compatable. I have now had a ticket out for 24 hours and can't seem to get a response.

So I'm wondering am i missing something? I'm seriously considering dropping HFB and looking elsewere, and that to bad because when I first got the sever the customer service was great.

Well that proves it, not only are ugg boots a fashion crime they are made sold and worn by morons.
