ZAP-HOSTING: Problem with changing timezone

Change of server time - Problem

Yesterday we rented a server, and now we have problems with changing the timezone. The server is preset to UTC - 1, and when we start start up the server, we can change the time to whatever we want. Then after maybe 10 to 15 minutes of play, the time jumps back to UTC-1 .. Meaning, complete darkness .. :(

The server is from ZAP-Hosting, and we have ftp-acces..

So if anyone have any experience with this problem, i would greatly appreciate if you would share it with us, so we once again can get back to world of DayZ ;)
