Questions About Home Host

Hi all,

Do you know how much a server cosume of internet speed? Like 10 players cosume about 100kb up and down...

If i be able to host at my pc, could i make a global hive? If yes where can i see how i do that?

i'm asking that because i wanna know if is possible and how much players can i have in a home host. I have 1700kb download 110kb upload

I wanna at least make a server clan. But if possible a normal global hive server.
