My game stucks on "Recieving..."

Hi all, I play Day Z with some friends, and suddenly the monitor shows the recieving message and i have to close the game because it gets stuck there. It happens every 10 or 15 min, so I get annoyed when I have to close the game again and again.

Do any of you have an idea on how solving this problem?

I may have found a temporary solution to this problem, im guessing ure running windows xp... either way this may help, it worked for me yesterday but im not 100% sure if it wasnt just luck for me.
