Question about character saves and reinstalling.

Okay, so I found out I have to reinstall ArmA2:OA because I accidentally installed some files wrong to get DayZ to work. I wanted to know if reinstalling the game would delete my character (Making me lose days of survival), or if there was a folder I could just move out and put back in the new installation to keep my character.

Your character is linked to your CD-key and saved on hive.

Basically you don't have to worry.
