Bad Serial Number Given In Setup

It keeps saying Bad Serial Number Given In Setup when I try to get on a server and Arma 2 operation arrowhead doesn't work when I try playing it. Arma 2 works fine, I downloaded it from steam and started up Arma 2, it worked fine and then when I try playing OA it doesn't work. Can someone tell me how to fix this.

When I try starting up OA it says "No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgInGameUI/MPTable.shadow'." and then says "Error compiling pixel shader PSSpecularAplha:0"
