Arma 2 OA Only?

Hey guys. Can I play DayZ without Arma 2 just Arma 2 OA only? I saw Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead is a standalone expansion pack for Arma 2 and it doesnt need the original game. So Im just confused about it. Im currently downloading 2 of them. I need answers please. Thanks :)

You need Arma 2 & Arma 2 oa.

or

Arma 2 combined operations (which is arma 2 & arma 2 oa combined)

u could get arma2 free edition and just buy arma2 oa
