Can I report a hacker?

I have the names of a few hackers. I am wondering if I can contact Battleye somehow to get these hackers banned.

The best you can do is report them to the server admins which depending on the server they may ban them.

Record as much proof as you can screenshot/video if possible.

Make sure you write down the hackers name, what time you saw him hacking, where abouts, and what he was doing.

Admins should be able to take a look at the server log using timestamps you provide and keep them out of the server. Assuming of course the admins are active and try to keep hackers out.

Other than that there isn't too much you can do.

As Reucan says, you need to provide the server admin with evidence so that they can ban them,
