I went to try and join a server for the first time in 1 week and got this message but the problem is i don't know what the error code means. Can anyone help me to fix it ?

The numbers/letters represent the first 6 digits of your GUID no. You will need to contact Battleye as they issue the bans, unless you've been up to no good, in which case I wouldn't bother. You can find the details in the stickie section.
