Randome blood loss after transfusion

I met up with a friend near electro....

we got attacked by Z´s and killed them.

After two bandages and 2 transfusion we were ready to continue but he kept loosing blood for no reason.

Hes was not hungry, no broken bones, no infection nothing....

Sb. has a fix?

This is a known glitch. Taking damage is the only thing I know of as of right now that will make it immediately stop. The damage can be in the form of a zombie attack or just getting your friend to shoot you in the foot. I would recommend the zombie route, though.

Edit: The blood transfusion is what's triggering it. Check next time you get one to see if you still have the 3 Hpish tick that you are experiencing now.
