Terminatez 0 Posted November 24, 2012 Ok so it appears that all the devs don't know anything about any restrictions so there is no use trying to get help fixing that. I've been getting this #42 restriction since last patch and I can't fix it. I've tried reinstalling EVERYTHING. and using multiple fixes on this forum boards.
