what you need is the following

1. do you have dayz

2.do you know alot about dayz

3. how long have you been playing

4.are you to be trusted

5.do you have skype and whats you name if you don't want to give away this info on this topic just send me a message

6.do you run a hive server this info dose not count if you dont have one so its ok if you say no since i have not have one

​7.what server do you play on is it a private hive or not this info dose not count

8. what your steam details if you have it if you don't want to give away this info on this topic just send me a message

this is all you have to right 6 and 7 is optional
